Portland Oregon was named the best city to ride a bicycle by Bicycling magazine in 2001. With over 150 miles of bike lanes, the Portland area was ranked over Seattle, Denver, Tuscon and San Francisco. Clackamas County has wonderful bike routes for novice and experienced riders alike.
