Start 2010 with Candidate Training 

The team working on the session determined that to provide the maximum benefit of speakers, attendees and site, the rescheduling was necessary.

Plans will continue for the January 9 event, sponsored by Western Advocates, Inc and those interested are invited to register for that new date.

Whether you are an elected person, a candidate, considering being a candidate, working on a campaign, or an interested individual with a desire to know more about how the entire process works, and hear from a great slate of speakers, this workshop is for you.

You’ll hear from Metro President David Bragdon, from the Secretary of State’s office and from Clackamas County elections office. You’ll come home with hand outs and 10 top tips from each speaker, and you’ll hear from a variety of elected representatives and those who work in the elections field.

Funding, marketing, social media, trust and credibility, what it takes and how to get there, are all part of this half day workshop.
