As an advocate for all business, large or small, the North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce considers many issues through its Councils and committees. Chamber members have an opportunity to bring recommendations to these groups regarding public policy decisions the Chamber should consider. This is one way in which members can help make a difference for their business community.
In considering policy statements and/or positions, the Chamber makes every attempt to consider all aspects of an issue, and determines if it is something that would affect the membership, communities and region. Through close working relationships with city, county, state and federal officials and agencies the North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce has access to information that is important to the business community and that can assist the leaders of the organization in making wise decisions.
