Currently, Regence is providing Small Group rates based on the demographics (average age) of each individual group. Once the population of the entire group grows to 1,000 participants/members, the rating converts to Large Group Rates.

The Large Group market allows for:

• Collaborative and Competitive Rates (based on the utilization of the entire group).
• I.e. Lower Rates
• Flexibility in Plan Design
• Allows for more options

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of an OSCC Chamber
• 2 – 50 Staff
• Maintain Oregon worker’s compensation
