“Seven strategies: Coping with the death of a loved one” is a free one-hour presentation designed specifically for the recently bereaved. It offers suggestions on how to cope during the weeks and months following the death of a loved one, and includes information on additional resources available in the community. In addition, those supporting someone who has experienced a loss can benefit from the information provided in this seminar.
