Stevan Allred and Dan Berne fiction reading at CCC

    Authors Stevan Allred and Dan Berne will read from their work at Clackamas Community College’s (CCC) Oregon City campus on Thursday, March 13, from noon to 1:00pm. The readings will take place in the Literary Arts Center at CCC’s Roger Rook Hall, room 220.

    Stevan Allred’s “A Simplified Map of the Real World,” a collection of linked short stories, was published in 2013 by Forest Avenue Press. Allred teaches creative writing with Joanna Rose at The Pinewood Table in Portland.

    Dan Berne’s short stories and poetry have been published in literary magazines, and he won a literary award from the Pacific Northwest Writers Association. Berne owns a market strategy consultancy and is currently writing a book on market transformation. “The Gods of Second Chances” is his debut novel published in March 2014.
