Clackamas County continues Small Grants program
Clackamas County is pleased to announce the continuation of its Small Grants for organizations serving residents of Clackamas County. For the current fiscal year, the Budget Committee has allocated $200,000 to be used for this purpose. Programs that help the most vulnerable families, seniors, and others meet their basic needs such as food assistance and abuse prevention in Clackamas County will be given a high priority.
Attached is the application form for the 2013-14 Small Grant program. Please submit your completed form by 6:00 pm, August 15, 2013. Application forms can be sent electronically to Caroline Hill, Administration Staff, at carolinehill@clackamas.us or mailed to the Commission office at 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, OR 97045. We will also accept faxed applications to (503) 742-5919. The small grant program and application form will also be featured on the County web page at http://www.clackamas.us/bcc/smallgrants.html .
Final award determinations will be made in the Fall with the intention to award funds by the end of October. Organizations that receive funding will be required to submit verification of how the funds were used, including service levels and performance measures.
