2014 Artist Exhibit Program

The Arts Alliance is now accepting applications from artists and artist groups for the 2014 Artist Exhibit Program.  This Program features two- and three-dimensional work by local artists in 18 gallery spaces at 11 different locations countywide.   Artists included in the Program are chosen through an annual selection process (see eligibility requirements in the Call to Artists). There is no fee for participating and artists keep 100% of all exhibit-related sales.  Complete details, online application and the full Call to Artists can be found on their website.

A free hands-on workshop will be offered on August 7, 5 -6 pm, for anyone needing assistance with the online application or submitting digital images.  More information and registration can be found at:  http://forms.clackamasartsalliance.org/view.php?id=29256.

All local artists are invited to apply to the Program:  exhibit history of participants typically ranges from beginning to experienced artists, working in a wide variety of styles and media.  Clackamas photographer Kevin Felts said: “The CCAA Artist Exhibit Program is a great way for the emerging artist to get exposure and gain confidence.”

“The Artist Exhibit Program, including its orientation, is a way for local artists to learn valuable skills necessary for working as a professional artist. We encourage those with little exhibit experience, as well as those who have exhibited extensively, and display a wide variety of styles and mediums, ” says Sue Allen, Art Exhibit Coordinator.
