Two Clackamas County departments to expand public lobby hours beginning July 8
The Clackamas County Department of Transportation and Development (DTD), and Water Environment Services (WES) are offering expanded lobby hours beginning July 8. Effective July 8, DTD and WES customer service and public service lobbies in the County’s Development Services Building (DSB) in Oregon City will be open five days a week.
DSB is located at 150 Beavercreek Rd in Oregon City. The public services lobbies offer assistance with building codes, code enforcement, development review, land use planning, zoning, soils and grading, on-site wastewater systems, sanitary sewer and surface water management, engineering, surveys and related issues.
Beginning July 8, 2013, the schedule for DTD and WES will be:
Monday – Thursday
- Public service lobby hours: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Office hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday
- Public service lobby and office hours: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Customers are welcome to come in during lobby hours or, if preferred, make appointments to ensure a staff member will be available.
Other County departments located in the DSB, including Assessment & Taxation, Business & Community Services, and Tourism, will continue on the current schedule of 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Thursday.
