An information session is scheduled for employees affected by layoff announcements at WW Metal Fab in late September.
The Clackamas Community College Workforce Department will present an information session on Tuesday, November 12, from 2:30 to 4:30pm at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. The session will take place in in room 117 of the Family Resource Center.
The information session will include the following resources:
- Filing for Unemployment Insurance
- Using iMatchSkills – the Employment Department’s job matching tool
- Clackamas County resources
- Assistance with short-term training
- Career counseling
- Local labor market information
- Access to career advisors, workshops, and networking opportunities
